This means that I will personally discuss everything with you over the phone first, and if your matter is something with which I can help you, I will meet with you (and your family if this is a post-mortem matter). I welcome in-person meetings, or if you prefer, we can meet virtually. For the duration of our time working together I do not hand your matters over to a paralegal or associate. I will personally handle your matter, including the drafting of all documents and the funding of your trust if I am setting up your estate plan. When you call and have questions, I will be there to answer them – you will not be turned over to a paralegal or associate.
